Heather & Chris: A Simple Enchanted Forest Wedding

Date: July 11, 2024

On a serene Thursday, July 11, 2024, Heather and Chris tied the knot in the presence of 44 friends and family at Little Tennessee Event Farm. The wedding festivities were a stunning display of unrivaled simplicity, celebrating an enchanted forest aesthetic in hues of purple, along with a timeless romance that felt deeply personal.

Heather & Chris share an intimate moment.

A Simple and Elegant Indoor Ceremony

The ceremony took place inside the venue with a beautifully styled circle arbor wrapped in double purple draping, perfectly reflecting their 'simple enchanted forest' theme. The minimalist aisle decor and the presence of close family, including Heather and Chris’s children, created a setting that was heartfelt and magical.

A walk to forever: hand in hand.

Getting Ready in the Farmhouse

Heather and her bridal party prepared for the big moment inside our farmhouse rental, with laughter and sweet moments that made the morning unforgettable. Hair stylist Bridgert Hern from Lavish Salon and makeup artist Keri Escue helped bring out Heather’s radiant glow. Her elegant gown was purchased from Montana, and she paired it with delicate Amazon jewelry earrings and a bracelet that added just the right touch of sparkle.

Chris is enjoying a quiet pre-ceremony moment.

The bridesmaids wore dresses from David’s Bridal, coordinating effortlessly with the couple’s color theme. Meanwhile, Chris and his groomsmen, dressed in sharp attire from KG Menswear and Sophisticated Gentleman, shared laughs and quiet reflection.

Celebrating with Style

After the ceremony, guests were welcomed inside to a beautifully arranged reception space with a large square table layout. The tables featured white linens, soft lighting, and centerpiece details carefully chosen by the bride. Dinner featured Menu 1, complete with Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce and a salad bar for social hour. Drinks included sweet tea, lemonade, and sangria their signature drink.

Friends and family hit the dance floor with joyful energy.

Sweet Touches & Sentimental

Heather and Chris’s cake was a lemon blueberry tiered delight with shades of purple in its white icing. The cake topper and guest book, both custom-made on Etsy, added a personal flair. Guests took home thoughtful magnets as favors, displayed in a charming basket near the entrance and Their guestbook was a wooden plank tree, where guests were to leave heartfelt messages in a creative, memorable way.
